Drs found a left para aortic lymph node enlarged to 3cm. ....All other test came back ok no symptoms....No cancer... Is it ok to leave it alone?

Evaluation. First question is why was initial scan that found lymph node performed? A complete evaluation is critical. Isolated para-aortic and ap window nodes (levels 6 & 5) can be benign inflammatory, from lung cancer, from other cancer, or etc... Complete health maintenance including history, physical and appropriate risk associated screening critical : mammography, +/- colonoscopy, head neck eval, etc...
