I get big blisters on the bottom of my feet since I was 1 yr old. It becomes too stressed as it grows & I have to cut it with scissor to release fluid?

Work with a doctor. This sounds very uncomfortable, and really needs to be evaluated by a doctor -- a board-certified dermatologist may be the most help to you. There are fungal infections that can cause blistering, genetic conditions, and many more. A rare autosomal dominant variant of epidermolysis bullosa simplex can cause blistering where there is friction. Feet would qualify for that. Be well.
