In brief: Varicocele
There is surgical treatment for a varicocele.
This was done more commonly in the past as it was believed to reduce fertility in the patient. Urologists do fewer of these procedures today, and many men who have varicoceles have normal sperm counts and proven fertility. Pain, discomfort, swelling would also be a reason for surgical removal.

Certainly curable by laparoscopic spermatic vein ligation, open supra-pubic vein ligation, or inguinal microsurgical spermatic vein ligations. Interventional radiologists treat by injecting microcoils into spermatic vein to cause spermatic vein thrombosis. Surgical cure rate, in my experience, is higher. Agree that varicoceles only need treatment if associated with infertilility (minority) or are symptomatic.

In brief: Not curable...
Not curable but modifiable to conform the fact: medical professionals have never cure anyone but just help patients improve their inside ; outside environments with knowledge, skill, technology, drug, common sense, and wisdom so to optimize their self-healing process / ability for potentially optimal functional recovery with their current own residual strength.
