In brief: Bypass surgery

To have successful variant roc surgery one must include significant life changes to include exercise, limiting calories--especially sugars and other carbohydrates.
One must have a psychic change where food plays less of an emotional role. And, you must eat slowly and may i repeat, limit your calories!

In brief: Gastric bypass

Depends on what kind of bypass you had? Small pouch? 150cm jejunal bypass? But either way should see surgeon and get evaluation including.
Upper GI and endoscopy to look at opening between pouch and jejunum. Also how are your eating habits have you liberalized what you eat or do you adhere to the strict diet your were on when you just got surgery? And finally you may qualify for do over surgery.
