I have a tight, stiff, pulling pain on the left side of my neck. It causes my jaw to click and my ear to pop on that side. Massaging, rubbing, stretching it makes it more irritated. What could it be?

In brief: TMJ

Tmj is a possibility.
Temperomandibular joint dysfunction is the jaw joint which can click if out of alignment and can hurt.

In brief: TMJ

Tempero maxilo joint dysfunction.
You need to see a dentist or a maxilo facial surgeon to be evaluated. Take some nsaids now like motrin. Need x-rays and probably a mri.
