Serious. This could be serious and you should consult a physician immediately. An er or minor emergency center is a quick trip and have qualified physicians. Have someone take you. Bother them, it could mean a major life event. Heart attack or stroke are in my mind.
ER . Call an ambulance. Do not take any chances, this sounds serious and should addressed immediately.
