In brief: May be harder to

Chlamydia infections don't always cause infertility, but can lead to pelvic inflammatory disease which can cause damage to the fallopian tubes and even damage to the ovaries as well.
This can increase the chances of difficulty getting pregnant, tubal pregnancy (ectopic pregnancy) or low egg supply (diminished ovarian reserve). Get treated asap and see a fertility md if you are trying to conceive.

In brief: Yes.. But

Chlamydia is often called a silent infection.
Chlamydia is a std and the more std infections, the more likely tubal damage. We have trouble documenting chlamydia infections, i think you should assume damage after an infection. While pregnancy occurs, do not be lulled into a false seance of security. Prevent infection and get prompt treatment if infection suspected. Best wishes.

In brief: Yes

Chlamydia can cause scarring of the fallopian tubes which can lead to infertility later on.
It's important to know that most people do not get tubal scarring and are not infertile after having chlamydia. Best option- use a condom and avoid catching chlamydia. Be safe.

In brief: Yes

You certainly can get pregnant if you have any sexually transmitted illness, including chlamydia.
Pid is pelvic inflammatory disease and it can occur when you get chlamydia or gonorrhea. Pid can cause scarring in the fallopian tubes which can make you sterile (meaning you can't get pregnant). But even if you've had PID and have scarring, it is still possible to get pregnant. Use protection.
