Any help for recurrent laryngeal nerve palsey unhealed 2yr post fna? Why would laryngoscope &/or numbing seem to worsen symptoms (done 1yr after fna)?

ENT surgeon. Have you seen an ENT surgeon who does implants or injections in the trachea to bring the paralyzed vocal cord to the midline- making it easier to vocalize? It is probably not worse due to the laryngoscopy but from continued denervation of the muscle from the nerve injury. Seek another ENT for opinion and try to get someone who offers one of the above procedures.
