If I have HPV does my male partner have hpv? And how will it clear up in 2 years if my partner has HPV too? Wont I get the HPV back?

In brief: Yes - it will - no

If you have hpv, your partner has been exposed and likely infected.
80% of hpv infections are cleared in the first year by the immune system, and 90% by three years. Once you have had and cleared any virus (including hpv), your immune system prevents reinfection - so you will not get the same virus again.

HPV is a family with many strains. You wouldn't get the strain again, but could get any other strain to which you are not immune.
