Naprosyn, OTC form is Aleve, is also used for period pain. Birth control can reduce flow and pain - see your physician.

But in general, if you are younger, go to pcp or gyn and check for ovary cyst, inflammatory process with us. Some labs , hormones and r/o std. Your dr. Can prescribe a control pills for 6 month or more , depends of the results.For the pain, can use Ibuprofen 600 mgs q 6 to 8 hours, hot or cold pads.
