Can ANA fluctuate in the winter vs. Summer? Had rash in winter that was possible early connective tissue disease per biopsy. Have more pain in winter.

g. Are systemic lupus, scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis; often can't categorize (mixed ct disease); rash or pain in winter may be cold air setting off small artery spasm (reynauds). ANA titer fluctuation not very important. Gloves, ear muffs, scarf, hand/feet warmers; rheumatologist.
