What's the cure for Fordyce spots in mouth?

None. Fordyce spots are sebaceous glands (oil glands) and a normal component of the skin. Some people will have the distribution of their oil glands extend onto the lips (fordyce spots) where they are more visible but still normal. "treatment" of these spots would require a surgical approach which has a potential for less than desirable results.
