In brief: Rheumatologist

Talk to a rheumatologist to confirm your diagnosis.
Blood tests might be needed. A minimum of a yearly follow up is needed provided no other symptoms are present.

In brief: 5 years ago?

Skin biopsy is not always specific in diagnosing a disease.
Are you still suffering from the same condition, has the condition progressed, do you have other constitutional problems ? If not, i won't be concerned over it since no treatment will likely be given in the absence of illness. However if your arthritis if anything but osteoarthritis, then see a rheumatologist for f/u.
