In brief: Have seen it.

If there is question of confusing diagnosis, may need a team approach, such as neurology, ophthalmology, and maybe rheumatology.
Need established and confirmed diagnosis, as treatment varies.

In brief: Unlikely

Behcet's disease is an autoimmune inflammation of blood vessels.
It usually starts with mouth and genital sores and can involve the eyes and lungs as well. Rarely there will be inflammation of vessels in the brain. It is possible that some of the lesions in the brain can resemble white matter changes of ms absent lesions in other parts of the body. Ms attacks only the brain. Steroids treat both.

In brief: Doubtful

Anything is possible but there are enough difference that the distinction should not be all that difficult.
