How long after surgery for a morton's neuroma can you return to work, partcularly floor nursing?

3 to 8 weeks. Depending on how you take care of yourself and follow your doctor's instructions. As we all know : doctors and nurses make the BEST patients. (not really).
Depends. There are several different approaches to neuroma surgery. I would estimate 4 weeks.
Depends. Make sure the shoes are loose fitting; discuss with your nurse manager a possibility for a less walking related task, and it also depends on the pain level you experience. Maybe switching to nights with a co-worker for a few weeks could help.
Work. That depends on you as well as your surgeon. You are a huge part of your care. Speak to your surgeon and ask questions. I usually find 3-4 weeks to be the norm.
