The first thing i'd check is pregnancy--even if you think 100% it can't be, as physicians we always check this, because we've all seen it.
Just being fatigued, she can have dry eyes causing blurriness and may not be related to her vomiting. She could be anemic, diabetic, could have a stomach virus, hypothyroid, just a lot of things. If her symptoms continue, i'd have her see her pcp first...
