Saw a flashing black and white pillar out of corner of left eye for seconds. Had 2 ocular migraines in past last one was out of same eye. Normal?

In brief: Not normal
Ocular migraines usually last longer. See an ophthalmologist right away to rule out a retinal tear or detachment.

In brief: No.
Probably not ocular migraines, they typically last longer. More likely a vitreous detachment or, less likely, an impending retinal detachment.
Get a dilated exam by an ophthalmologist sooner than later.

I think you may be referring to co-pay. That is actually what you're insurance is charging you, its just that they make us get it from you. Its like going to pharmacy and you paying copay for the medications--some people have none and some people its a lot depending on your policy. We'd be happy to see you, and we'll do what we can...

Oh? That's a new one. We're independent, and we don't charge facility fee ;-) We have offices in kauffaman and southside. Looking forward to meeting you...
