In brief: ? Complication

Many times when you have a stone removed (either by lithotripsy or direct visualization), you will have bleeding.
The bleeding can result in blood clots, which may result in partial obstruction. So, decreased urine flow may be due to an obstruction. You should probably be checked, especially if you have been drinking a lot of water to keep flow. Good luck.
