If the absolute neutrophil count, absolute lymphocyte count, and absolute monocyte count are all within normal range or near it, and you have no symptoms of systemic illness, I'd be grateful for good health and see what it's like next year. "Reference ranges" on blood tests are specifically set so that some healthy people fall outside them.
