What is the best vitamin and/or mineral one can take to help with anxiety? I take magnesium, but what are some other good ones to try?

In brief: There's a better way

Sure, a lot of health food and supplement places will tout the effect of various herbal preparations, but the best way to treat anxiety without a prescription is with a counselor who knows how to do cognitive behavioral therapy.
Also look at things like how much caffeine you drink, how many hours you sleep and so on.

vitamin B complex & vitamin C are our stress vitamins that need to be replenished daily if under constant stress

Psychotherapy, yes. Also exercise increases endorphins. Magnesium Taurate (Whole Foods, Calm). Camomile tea, B complex, vitamin D and warm bath. Good luck.

In brief: None - Face Reasons

Anxiety is a human feeling response to internal assessment of life issues.
Hormones & neurotransmitters just part of body&brain mechanisms of response. Calling these the cause is marketing nonsense, but done to sell all kinds of stuff. Anxiety typically fear & can include lots of other feelings/issues; yet only a symptom of issues (being avoided). Confront reasons & get help worthy of your trust.
