vitamin B complex & vitamin C are our stress vitamins that need to be replenished daily if under constant stress

Psychotherapy, yes. Also exercise increases endorphins. Magnesium Taurate (Whole Foods, Calm). Camomile tea, B complex, vitamin D and warm bath. Good luck.
