After surgery to coil a brain aneurysm how long do I expect to have headaches and blurry vision?

Discuss with your MD. You should discuss this with the doctor who performed your procedure. If these symptoms are new and depending on the location and size of the aneurysm then they could indicate possible problems or unanticipated effects of the procedure and may require treatment. It is impossible to give a simple general answer though as this depends on a number of factors that your surgeon knows best.
Unpredictable. Discuss with ir (interventional radiology) physician.
