In brief: Avoid pills
Melatonin considered to be safe , but this is natural substance, not a "pill".
Daily walks , relaxation exercises, make sure your bed is comfortable... There are special big pillows designed for pregnant- you may look up on-line, which " hugs" you body. Make sure your bedroom is cool, quiet , and dark enough. Avoid browsing the channels , ideally no tv in the bedroom. Stretching exercises....

Taking nightly Melatonin would be the safest option since it is a naturally occurring substance that your body uses to initiate the natural sleep cycle. One milligram a half hour before your desired bedtime nightly should be enough to help. Proper sleep hygiene as described above is also beneficial. Always consult with your doctor before taking any over the counter medications.
