I have fibromyalgia ans sjogrens. About 4-5 timesa month I get sick. Stomach pain , diahrea, and when I vomit its solid. What wrong?

motility disorders are common with some rheumatic diseases. Delayed emptying of your stomach is a definite possibility. You should see your doctor as recurrent vomiting warrants further evaluation
