In brief: Atrial Fibrillation

Atrial fibrillation is disorganized heart muscle activity (looks like quivering) of the upper chambers of the heart.
The result is that the bottom chamber doesn't get it's usual rhythmic electrical stimulus and it squeezes after slowly filling for longer than it usually takes. This feels like fluttering with strong beats in between. You need medical attention -- can be dangerous.

In brief: Drinking what?

If it's coffee or an energy drink, that might be your answer. Otherwise it may just be that you have a history of pvcs and these tend to be sporadic.
