I am 5'3" & 145lbs. I am trying to get back down to 120-130. I drink 64fl oz. 3x a day so far this week. I at least want to lose 2-5lbs a wk. Advice?

It's not reasonable to expect to lose 5# a week.
1-2 # a week is as fast as you should lose. Exercise an hour a day. Eat small meals several times a day. Some people do better with low carb/high protein, others do better with slightly higher fats (monounsaturated mostly). You might have to experiment. You may be drinking too much water. For your size, 80-100 oz a day is enough.
