Burn more calories than you take in.
Make sure your thyroid levels are right, usually TSH between lower limit of normal and 3 is best. Exercise program that is 50/50 weights & cardio/aerobic activity is better than either activity alone. Eat high-fiber foods, limit snacks, drink plenty of water, and get 8 hr sleep will help you stick w/ your program. Good luck!
