In brief: 1st trimester

Tends to improve after once you reach 14 weeks (2nd trimester).
Keep hydrated, make sure you eat, and rest. Let you ob/gyn know, in case he or she needs to order any test.

Increase fluid hydration - drink minimum 2 liters of fluids per day. Try eating more frequently but smaller portions. Increase ginger and vitamnB6 for nausea. You can also take benadryl at night to help you sleep and decrease night time nausea. There are safe prescription medications for nausea that can help as well. Tiredness is hormone related and typically it only get better with time.

In brief: Diziness

Also when you stand up from lying position make sure you spend 1 minute at the side of the bedsitting before standing.
This way you allow your body to adjust to position changes. Also check with your doctor and make sure your hemoglobin is not too low.
