In brief: Yes,as much as usual

An ideal amount of soluble fiber to eat per day is 25-30 gm, mostly soluble, per day; ideal amount of water is 6-8 glasses daily; optimal exercise is 30 minutes equivalent of rapid walk 4 times per week.
Nothing changes during pregnancy, actually it becomes even more important to avoid that dreaded miserable constipation of pregnancy, made worse by enlargening uterus and iron. Walk, water, fiber.

In brief: Absolutely

Drinking or eating fiber during pregnancy is not harmful and will frequently help to prevent constipation (a common complaint during pregnancy).

In brief: Fiber to treat const

Wouldn't. Constipation of pregnancy is due to slowing of colon movement; adding fiber will result in bricks.
Consider osmotic laxative like prunes (yes there's fiber, but also nonabsorbable sugar).
