soap on genitalia. 6. Rinse genitalia very well after soaping up. 7. Try wearing pants that fit loosely, not ones that hug the crotch. 8. Change out of wet swim suits or dampened exercise clothes promptly. 9. Avoid hot tubs & hot soaking baths (opt for showers instead). 10. Always wipe anterior to posterior (urination or defecation). 11. Insure there is adequate lubrication for sexual intercourse. 12. Supplement with probiotics while on antibiotics & for at least 4 weeks afterwards. 13. Reduce junk sugar in your diet. 14. Consider eating yogurt with live cultures or Kefir.
