In brief: Multiple

There are multiple viruses and bacteria too numerous to mention.
For example, the common cold can be acquired through contact with an infected person, the transfer of salive via 'french kissing' could theoretically tranfer hiv, or hepatitis viruses, etc. Just use common sense and avoid close contact with people who are ill.

In brief: Only a few

Epstein-barr and MCV are both usually transmitted by kissing in which saliva is exchanged.
Herpes simplex i on the lip; possibly herpes simplex ii if it happens to be on the lip could be exchanged as well. Strep throat might be transmitted, and some of the viruses such as hand foot and mouth / herpangina / coxsackie viruses and influenza. Worth the risk.
