Do planks (assume the push up position, but use your forearms instead of your hand ) stay in that position for 15-30 sec.
Then lift one arm straight up like a "t" alterate arms, then touch your knee and hand (on the same side. This one is harder). This will burn your abs. Wait at least 3 month after c/s to start doing this.
