I really need to lose weight and was thinking of a juice diet. Any recommendation?

The weight you lost (usually just water weight) will come back. The best way to lose weight & keep it off is to develop a healthy lifestyle of eating 3-5 mini meals a day of nutritious foods & to exercise (any activity you like!).
