Is it ok to take a nap after jogging-weight lifting workouts? Should I have a small meal before the nap? Or are there some better ways to re-energize?

In brief: Yes to all

You can take a nap.
Make sure you are well hydrated and have eaten a small meal. Make sure it has protein rather than a lareg amount of carbohydrate. Greek yogurt with nuts or banana and peanut butter.

In brief: Sure!

Napping after exercise is fine -- it is actually healthy and restorative.
No need to eat before the nap, but keep the nap to 20 minutes or less or you may have post nap "hangover".
