In brief: See your physician
Any sort of odd discharge from your breast should be evaluated by your physician.
Reasons for the discharge could be serious.

In brief: Call your GYN
Hopefully you have had regular mammograms and see your gynecologist as directed.
Black nipple drainage is certainly abnormal and could range from infection to cancer. Don't wait! call your doctor now!

In brief: Breast discharge
This is usually not a serious problem. Since the breast is very glandular, it tends to produce secretion, occasionally mixed with blood (darker color fluid) after stimulation or irritation.
Common causes are nipple stimulation during sex or persistent mechanical irritation from clothing. When you should be concerned is if it is persistent for a week or more. Then some blood and imaging testing.
