Consider switching to boxer shorts if you wear briefs. Keeping the testicles at a lower temperature can increase sperm count.

In brief: Male fertility

A healthy diet and a healthy weight go a long way for male fertility.
Limiting or avoiding alcohol and tobacco products also helps. Use of vitamin c (500mg), vitamin e (400 iu), and l-carnitine (1gm) all twice daily can also help. Co-q supplements also been shown to possibly help. Lastly, stay away from any supplemental testosterone. That being said, this may not raise your count.
