I was diagnosed with keratosis palarious (kp) and was told their was nothing I could do for it is this true?

Urea, tretinoin. Topical creams that can help are peeling creams such as urea, lac hydrin and testimony. Essential fatty acids and zinc can help from inside to make it less noticeable.
Plenty to do. There are many options, including lotions( aha), creams(retin-a) and manual treatments such as dermabrasion.
