In brief: No.

Home pregnancy tests detect the presence of beta-hcg, a hormone produced during pregnancy.
Medications would not alter the level of this hormone. Menstrual cycle length can vary by a few days from month to month. If your period still has not come in the next couple days, you might consider making a doctor's appointment to see what's going on.

In brief: Should not affect

Pregnancy test measures level of gonadotropins in the urinewhich should not be affected uricalm or azo.
Taking antibiotics certainly does affect and neutralize effectiveness of birth control pills. You should always use a condom or barrier protection when taking antibiotics whist on bcp.
