My skin around anus is cracked, burning and bleeding at the time of bowel movement resulting in loss of blood. Help?

Most common . Causes of pruritus ani are caffeine and excess moisture. There is no correct amount of caffeine, so best to totally eliminate it for several weeks and allow area to heal, then reintroduce caffeine slowly to find your threshold. Also corn starch powder to bottom frequently and liberally helps with the excess moisture. Avoid chronic use of steroid creams!
