Explain the condition called blocked arteries.?

Atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis is a hardening of the arteries, it is secondary to fat, cholesterol, and other substances deposition on the walls of arteries which forms hard structures called plaque.
Atherosclerosis . It means plaque develop inside the arteries that ultimately blocks it and will therefore lead to a heart attack or a stroke. The most common cause of a plaque is cholesterol.
