Most often a bee sting causes localized pain, swelling, itching & redness of site.
There can be continued swelling with nausea or vomiting. Allergic symptoms can include wheezing, chest, tightness, coughing, shortness of breath, throat tightness, slurring of speech, hoarseness, difficulty swallowing, feeling weak, fainting, mental confusion, hives or swelling of lips, tongue, mouth or throat.
