Any nutritional tips for seborrheic dermatitis, or other lifestyle suggestions (sleep, stress, etc)?

Seb dermatitis. Seborrheic dermatitis is dry flaky skin around the scalp, nose, ears; worse in cold weather. Alternatives to traditional steroid creams is optimizing your vitamin levels such as b and d, adding omega 3 oils, checking to make sure your thyroid is okay and evaluating if you have food intolerances. Use gentle prodcuts, drink lots of water and humidify your house.
Selsun Blue. Rub a thin layer of selsun blue on areas, leave 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Repeat 2-3 times a week.
