Is there a reason why I am gaining weight if I exercise and eat right?

Questions! What is eating "right?" many people think they are but are not. But, apart from that issue, exercising increases plasma volume (2-3 lbs), and will add muscle mass. This may be hiding body fat loss! i always measure body fat for patients on a diet/exercise program to document this! i would have this done, because cyou want to see increased leaness, not fat%.
