In brief: Growth curve

The most important thing to follow is the growth and developmental curve.
If your child is following those, your child should be in good shape. Red flags would be refusal to eat, vomiting, blood in stool, falling off growth curve and not developing or losing developmental stages. If the four month visit is close, you could consider waiting until that visit unless those problems i mentioned arise.
