In brief: Hormonal changes?
It is not uncommon for people to feel cold around bedtime; part of your diurnal (daily) rhythm. In terms of the night sweats, this is most commonly associated with hormonal changes.
But if you are having weight loss or any other chronic symptom that has not been addressed, you will want to make sure and discuss this with your md. Just to make sure no reason to be concerned about cancer.
