In brief: Sauna

Historically, saunas have been used to sweat out impurities from the body.
For health reasons, you should not stay in a sauna for more than 10-20 minutes at a time. After and during, it is important to drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. Many people believe they can use saunas to lose weight, however you only lose water weight which you will put back on as soon as you take a drink.
