In brief: Yes

Infections and particularly fever can lower seizure threshhold and trigger a seizure.
Everybody, even people without seizure disorder, has a stress level that may result in a seizure but especially people with underlying seizure disorder. If you haven't been diagnosed with seizures before, you definitely need to see a doctor.

In brief: Could provoke

Epilepsy is secondary to an abnormality within the brain, and those who suffer this can be controlled with anti-epileptic medications.
However, increased risk occurs from lack of sleep, poor nutrition, chemical imbalances, marked stress, and infections. Although a urinary tract infection is not the cause, a bad infection could well trigger a seizure if meds are not optimal. See a neurologist.

In brief: UTI/Seizures

Febrile seizures are possible if temperature goes up too high & the infection not controlled.
