Hello sirs how can I control my thoughts at night during sleep to prevent anxiety. I have meditation but wasn't able to control them?

Shutting down your brain at night is easy for some, but difficult for others.
If you already use meditation, try pmr (progressive muscle relaxation).I recommend a 20 minute guided pmr--many are found on itunes, such as one by dr. Beth salcedo. In addition, there are many books out there written about how to have good "sleep hygiene"--the art of getting good rest.
