In brief: None proven

There is no convincing data that any natural substance decreases testosterone.
Many people think that green tea or black licorice can potentially decrease testosterone or decrease prostate cancer risk, but this is really unproven.

In brief: Diet can lower T

Low protein diets lead to increases in sex hormone-binding globulin in men, which reduces the availability of testosterone.
A vegetarian diet, or at least one lower in protein and cholesterol (a precursor of testosterone) should lower testosterone levels.

This isn't like using your diet to lower your cholesterol. The amount you will lower your testosterone with dietary changes is not likely to have a clinically significant effect on your cancer. If you have prostate cancer which has spread, look for a medical treatment which will lower your testosterone to a greater degree.
