In brief: Unlikely
If it is causing symtoms it is unlikley to clear without medication.
Get treatment immediately. This disease has many long term complications.

In brief: Possibly, it depends
If one has acute lyme disease (having been infected in recent days) i strongly advise antibiotics, which are usually curative when dosed appropriately.
Antibiotics are often less successful for chronic lyme & I have successfully treated many patients with herbs, nutritional supplements & homeopathy. People also report success from other alternatives such as rife-type machines. Please see comments.

Some homeopaths have reported clinical cures solely through the use of homeopathy. While I do have successful outcomes in chronic Lyme without pharmaceuticals, they can be helpful. Also, some question if anyone can be fully cured of chronic Lyme- while one can become symptom-free, in many cases the Lyme bacteria may lurk in an inactive cyst form with the potential to reactivate if you are stressed
