What are the symptoms of mono sodium gluconate house allergy?

Allergy question. I am not familiar with this condition and I do allergy as a part of my practice I do know about stomach irritation and upset as a result of ingesting mono sodium gluconate. My advice is to avoid it if it is a substance which causes you trouble. In general it is a preservative and is usually listed as an ingredient in foods, so check the labels of the foods you purchase. Avoid chinese food.
